Terms of Service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Verdict. By creating an account, purchasing access, or using Verdict, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Verdict and any prediction-market platform complies with laws, regulations, eligibility requirements, and platform rules applicable to you.

Verdict Service

Verdict provides informational market analysis, probability estimates, signals, historical statistics, and related decision-support tools. Verdict does not guarantee any particular trading or financial outcome.

Paid Access

Verdict access may be sold in time-limited passes and extensions. Access begins and expires according to the duration associated with the product purchased and the access rules displayed during checkout.

Prices and product offerings may change. Changes to future pricing do not alter the price of a purchase that has already been completed.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

Verdict accounts and paid access are intended for the registered user. Verdict may restrict or suspend accounts involved in unauthorized sharing, abuse, fraud, attempts to bypass access controls, or other misuse of the service.

Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges associated with purchases you initiate.

Refunds

Because Verdict provides immediate access to time-sensitive digital information, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, except where required by law or where Verdict determines that a refund is appropriate because of a billing or service issue.

Service Availability

Verdict strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, data-provider issues, internet outages, software problems, third-party failures, or other circumstances may temporarily affect the service.

No Financial Advice

Verdict is an informational and analytical service and does not provide individualized investment or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and their results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Verdict and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from reliance on signals, forecasts, market data, service interruptions, or third-party platforms.

Changes to These Terms

Verdict may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use of the service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Risk Disclosure

Use of Verdict is subject to the separate Risk Disclosure available through the Verdict website. Prediction-market activity involves risk and no forecast or signal guarantees a successful outcome.
